These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile and web application Final Whistle: Scoreboard (the "Service") provided by DongNe ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. The Service

Final Whistle is a digital scoreboard service that lets you host tournaments, manage clubs and members, and share match results, brackets, and standings with club members and recipients of shared links.

The Service does not provide gambling, real-money transactions, betting, or any equivalent value exchange. Tournaments and matches are organized by users for informal events, community competitions, and friendly play. We do not verify the truth or fairness of results posted by users.

2. Accounts

2.1 Sign-up

You may create an account using Apple ID, Google account, or email and password. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2.2 Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by your local law — for example, 14 in Korea, 16 in some EU countries) to use the Service. We may delete accounts and data we discover to belong to younger users.

2.3 Security

You are responsible for keeping your authentication credentials safe. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to maintain that security. Notify mrbigcho@gmail.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Clubs and Tournaments

3.1 Public vs. private

You may set clubs and tournaments as public (discoverable and joinable by anyone) or private (joinable only via invite code). Content in public clubs and tournaments is visible to other users and to recipients of shared links.

3.2 Operator permissions (RBAC)

Club creators may grant role-based permissions (create tournaments, approve results, manage members) to other members. Disputes arising from delegation of permissions must be resolved between club operators.

3.3 Result reporting and disputes

Match results are reported by participants. Disputes are resolved by club admins through the in-app dispute flow. We do not arbitrate the truth of results or guarantee resolution of disputes between users.

4. Your Content

4.1 Ownership

All content you create — clubs, tournaments, match data, comments, images — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership.

4.2 License you grant us

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide license to:

This license terminates when you delete the content or your account. We do not use your content for advertising, promotion, or external disclosure. Content currently in use by other participants (e.g., match records of an ongoing tournament) may be retained for service integrity until the relevant tournament concludes.

4.3 Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

We may remove content and suspend accounts in violation, with or without prior notice.

5. Payments

The Service is currently provided free of charge and does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid features. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will amend these Terms and provide advance notice.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and associated personal data via the "Delete account" function in the MY tab, or by emailing a request to mrbigcho@gmail.com. See the standalone Account Deletion guide for details on scope and timing.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

7.1 As-is service

The Service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be accurate.

7.2 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our cumulative liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to:

We are not liable for:

7.3 Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law.

7.4 Apple-specific (for iOS users)

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and no warranty obligations. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the Apple terms govern.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms. We will notify you at least 7 days before changes take effect. For changes that materially reduce your rights, we will give 30 days' notice. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Seoul Central District Court.

For consumers in jurisdictions where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply (e.g., Korea, EU), those laws prevail to the extent they conflict with this section.
